The front brake line was out of it's barrel by the brake lever from shipping. This caused tension on the brake puck which made it very difficult to place the front tire on the fork. This caused cosmetic damage to the brake adjustment knob by the brake lever. After a mighty struggle to get the brake line into the brake lever, the brake was adjusted, and worked normally after that. The derailleur gear was way off, and this caused the chain to fall off the teeth. Adjusting the set screw centered the gearing, and the pedals and pedal assist operated normally. The bike is heavier than expected, but has a solid feel. The shock under the seat squeaks when bouncing on the seat. Adjusted the shock to a softer setting and most of the noise from bouncing has gone. The bike is fast and stable. Easy to put feet firmly on the ground at a full stop. Would have been a higher rating if it didn't need multiple adjustments for the brakes and chain. Cosmetic damage is not really noticeable. Good power for the weight and good stability.
